## What is AEM Fitness?

AEM FITNESS APP is your personal AI fitness coach. Scan your body, set your goal, and follow a workout and meal plan made for you.

WHAT YOU GET
• AI body analysis from front and side photos
• A personal weekly workout plan
• Daily training with exercises, sets, and rest times
• Progress tracking and streaks
• An optional AI diet plan with meals and nutrition targets
• A simple home dashboard for today’s workout and meals

HOW IT WORKS
Create an account, add your profile, and complete a body scan. AEM FITNESS APP then builds a training plan around your goal, such as building muscle or getting leaner. Mark workouts and meals complete to track consistency. Plans are guidance tools, not medical advice.
