App randomly forgets passwords and username. Sometimes stops working for no apparent reason even after restarting phone

I can’t get into my account after this last update. It’s saying it’s sending a reset option to my email but I am not receiving any email from AEP to reset. Please help

They not only like to hike the rates every chance they get after bribing the Public Utilities Commission Ohio but they like to force you to get updates all the time and locking you out of your account because they have an app update they don’t alert you about. For all the money you profit off of us citizens, fix your app.

Right when it was needed the most (AEP has no idea where its product is not working) the app entirely stops working. It is as if they didn’t anticipate that lots of people would need to use it at once. 


Hours later I’m able to report the outage and this app interrupts everything by putting a nag screen over the top of everything. 

I’m sure it is all good they will ask for another rate increase to deal with having to read all these reviews.
