Up to 5 on-site photos (captured via camera or selected from the album)
Obstacle name and type (custom types can be entered if the preset list is insufficient)
Estimated height and distance from the takeoff point
Compass heading or selection from eight cardinal/intercardinal directions
Automatic current location detection, with manual latitude/longitude entry options
Risk levels (Low, Medium, High) and review statuses (No Review Needed, Pending Review, Reviewed)
Viewing and management:

Dashboard view showing totals for All, Today, Pending Review, High Risk, and Located items
List view with search (by name, type, or notes) and filtering (by risk, type, or review status)
Swipe left to delete records
Statistics view showing breakdowns by risk, type, and review status, plus new entries from the last 7 days
