In a perpetual loop when you try to log in it just won’t bypass the log in screen even though you can log into a web browser with the same log in details

Stopped working properly since the latest update, constantly loads a “something has gone wrong! Retry” screen on the account page an spend screen and the home page screen

App constantly crashes as soon as you open it. Literally just stuck on the 3 loading dots constantly. Anyone else having this issue?

**Developer response:** We are sorry you have experienced this issue. The loading dots do appear when the app is loading but you should only see them for a short time, you may need to fully close the app by swiping up on your device and then reopening the app. If this does not work, we suggest deleting and redownloading the app to clear any data that may have cached. Just like the updated BA rewards. Full ot bugs and keeps crashing. Bring back egg old app and sack the team who ‘designed’ this one

Totally useless. Freezes and then crashes every time you enter your log in details. I’m nearly like they don’t want to give out any rewards………

Not only do you still get a blank screen when you got to print/save your Aer Club Card, but you still cannot toggle via the different aspects of the App without having to repeatedly re login and confirm your a human.
So much for the alleged updates & bug fixes @AerLingus. 
Still not had flight credit for all my flights dating back to 23 December’24 despite complying with what @AerLingus ask you to do, ie lodging claims.
Also, save your time & sanity & don’t bother calling Aer Clib Customer Service & listening to that awful repeating jazz track. Totally unhelpful & told me to email them🫣
