Aerea Manager is finally here! A multifunctional app built for managing agents, council members and even developers. Aerea Manager improves productivity and efficiency. You can manage your property remotely too! With the mobile app and web portal, you can access it wherever you are, whenever you want.

• Create announcements and upload photos to be sent together. Go green and reduce paper wastage. 

• Receive and manage appointments / facility bookings. 

• Create roles and control the level of access that  these roles are allow to have. 

• View feedbacks, update status and reply directly.

Bug fixes that affect defects - joint inspection and door open.

### 1.8 — 2026-05-21

•	Introduced a full screen call feature for door opening, along with a call disconnect notification.
	•	Restricted user login to one device at a time for improved security.
	•	Implemented a secondary server fallback to ensure uninterrupted service if the primary server goes down.
	•	Added a new field “Receive Admin Device Call” in the Add New Role section.
	•	Added a new field “Admin Call Receiver” in the Add New Device section.
	•	Enhanced User Management analytics, providing better insights into residents by role, app usage, platform, and unit car ownership.
	•	Added analytics charts in the Key Collection screen to give a clearer breakdown of unit key collection status.
	•	Improved the inspection and handover process by disabling ticket editing after signing to prevent accidental changes.
	•	Added support for account deletion requests in User Management.
	•	Added an alert for overdue defects on the Defects screen, which displays a popup message when there are defects pending for more than 21 days, enabling managing agents to take timely action.

This update brings a lot of improvements across the app.
- You can now update defect locations and types during joint inspections, with every change recorded in history.
- You can preview reference PDFs and logs directly from the defect details page.
- Block filters are now available across all major modules.
- Unit search is faster since you can type to find units instead of scrolling.
- You can replace rectification images during handover for defect tickets.
- Other improvements and bug fixes.

Add a home screen widget for one-tap door unlocking via remote or Bluetooth.
