It’s a valuable resource for both staff and students. I highly recommend this tool to everyone looking for safety taught technique, in simple language. I relly like how the tutorials show the moves 2-3 times and at least one of the times is in slow motion. It makes it really easy to use. I love how the master classes include a downloadable resource, usually a workbook or lesson planned, depending on the class. I also love how you can search categories such as climbs, footlock skills, belays or drops, plus many more. There’s also conditioning and lesson plans which are great as I teach Aerial Silks! I highly recommend Aerial Physique TV to aerialists of all levels and disciplines! ### 5/5 — amazing *2024-06-12* I love this app! I am largely self taught as I don’t have any aerial studios in my area and this is so helpful. I have tried many other online aerial programs but this one is my favorite. It’s super organized and moves are explained and broken down thoroughly. They have tutorials for multiple apparatuses which works for me as I love all the toys lol. There are single moves, combos, and even entire classes to watch at your leisure so I feel the price is worth it. Jill makes each video very thorough and even goes as far as to break down the hand and foot positioning in slow motion. I'm able to combine skills with ease and create choreography with it. There are skills that range from very beginner to advanced and she shows progressions so you always feel ready to take the next step. The tutorials are very clear and easy to follow. I had a question about something I was struggling with and it got answered within a few hours. Also really appreciate that the subscription is easy to manage, with transparency on the charges (having had trouble with this in the past with a similar program from two famous aerial influencers - and honestly this Aerial Physique program is much more comprehensive and cheaper/better value for money). In addition, as a silks specialist, it's fun to have a lyra training day just-for-fun every once in a while! I recently had to create a silks act for a show with only a couple of days to prepare. Silks were my first apparatus when I started aerial 10 years ago, but over the last six years I’ve focused more on rope, dance trapeze, lyra, and pole. I still teach silks to beginners, but I couldn’t quite remember all the intermediate and advanced flows. APTV was a lifesaver. It helped me refresh my memory, discover new shapes and sequences, and confidently put together a piece in such a short amount of time. I also live about two hours outside NYC, so in-person classes with my coaches aren’t always accessible. I have my own equipment and a small studio on my property, which makes APTV the perfect resource when I want to explore, train, or experiment on my own at home.
