Easy attendance taking and grade entering. Even a random student picker! However, none of that matters because the app won’t let me log in… 1 star. ### 1/5 — Teacher *2025-10-30* My login suddenly stopped working. As a teacher I would have thought there would be support from Aeries. They have an automated message that says I have to contact my district. Since I’m using my personal phone, my district won’t help me. One day Aeries worked, next day it didn’t and nobody can help. Terrible business, terrible app. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-08-28* School switched over to this for this school year. Trying to log in and not getting the verification emails or codes. Password reset doesn’t work. When I do get a code it says invalid. Really bummed the school switched over to this platform. Remind was 100x better even though it lacked half the stuff Aeries is supposed to have. ### 1/5 — What about other staff? *2024-08-08* I have the parent and teacher apps downloaded. Neither one are helpful, as a school counselor I need to be able to look up students on the go and I do not have a roster assignment 😩 ### 1/5 — Crashed day before school *2023-08-29* My school only offers our schedule through aeries and right now the day before school it seems the server has crashed. I have been trying all day to log on and all of my friends are having the same problem. ### 1/5 — Great when it works *2022-05-21* This app is great when it works. Constantly get an error that I am not authorized for my school. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixes it. I have to do this at least once a week. Fix the glitches. ### 1/5 — Unable to login *2021-08-01* I cannot login using this app. Changed my password on my main computer. Unable to login on the iPad. Purchased an ipad for convenience in the classroom. Worked in spring. No longer functions. ### 1/5 — Does not support windows authentication *2021-02-23* If your district uses the windows authentication option to log in to Aeries you will not be able to use this app! It only supports logging in with an aeries username and password or login with Google. Unfortunately, our district used windows authentication to log in (even though we are a Google Reference District and use Google for almost everything). Look forward to updating this review when/if it ever gets updated and allows me to log in. ### 2/5 — Stopped working *2025-11-01* Was working great last year, but suddenly this nothing doesn’t even show the school district any longer. They need to fix bugs ### 2/5 — Recurrent login issues or loading issues *2023-04-30* The application apparently has a contract with many different schools and different localities. I’m sure they make a lot of money with these contracts. They need to invest some of these taxpayers money in troubleshooting and improving the reliability of your application. ## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated) ### 3/5 — Attendance Issues *2026-01-30* I loved this app last year. I use it to take roll outside when I’m teaching P.E., but this year the app just says that attendance is locked. I contacted my district, but they said the app is just bad. This isn’t my normal experience so I don’t know what happened from last semester to this semester… ### 3/5 — Great When It Works *2024-10-29* At first the app worked really well and I enjoyed features like the memory game you can use to learn your students’ names. However, as of a couple weeks ago login hasn’t worked. I get an error message (despite all being well with username and pw) that prevents login. I keep checking for a new version that will fix the issue, but so far no luck. ### 3/5 — Hit or Miss *2024-10-10* Last year this App worked fantastically for me. This year it won’t even let me log on :( I am a PE teacher and am constantly on the go from facility to facility (not sitting at a desk or in a classroom) and when it worked it was so great so I could provide the office with accurate attendance immediately vs. waiting to get back to my office later. Now the attendance function has not been working on the app no matter what.
