What's New in Aeris
3.0

What's new in Aeris 3.0 • A new voice. Every breath is now counted out loud, in step with the on-screen counter: "In, 2, 3, 4 — hold, 2, 3, 4". The guide varies what it says, hands the rhythm over to you after a few rounds, and only marks the turns. • Breathe first. Onboarding now opens with thirty seconds of guided breathing, then measures your own breath — hold the screen while breathing in, let go while breathing out — and builds a six-week plan from it. • Six weeks on your calendar. Every session has a day and an hour; reminders name the session. The calendar shows what's coming, not just what's done. • A brighter SOS. The emergency breath now runs on a light, warm background. • A yearly plan, offered once. • Two new areas in Explore: Grounding (16 practices, from a 60-second feet-on-the-floor to a full five-minute sequence) and Release (16 muscle-release practices, including versions without tensing for pain or high blood pressure). • Eight new kinds of meditation: ocean imagery, light scan, so-hum, short yoga nidra, open awareness, noting, holding a hard feeling, and the one-minute STOP pause. • Voice, counter and animation now run on one clock: every spoken count lands on the beat it shows, and the words you hear are the words on screen. • The plan is revealed before you commit: what it's built for, where it starts, and what each week brings. • A warmer voice: every word in every language — counts, cues and guidance — re-recorded with a more expressive voice model, slower and gentler, like someone meditating beside you. Turkish has its own voice. • Explore, simplified: how you feel, a few picks for right now, and four collections — Breathe, Meditate, Grounding, Release — each on its own page. • Every practice card now has its own illustration, and the cards are alive: the breathing card breathes, meditation drifts, grounding settles, release unwinds — and on Today, the SOS card pulses, the plan glides, the quick tiles move.
