I work from home, so I really only need to program it when I’m sleeping. I love I can remotely turn it to max 5 minutes before I’m back from shopping and leave it on max for an hour. I’ve had it for 2 months and have no complaints. They also have website chat support that responds in minutes if you have questions. Overall, A+. ### 5/5 — MatildafromLA *2020-02-19* Yay, I’m so happy with this. I bought the aeris aair lite for my son to make his sleep more confortable (asthma and dust allergy). I can control the device from my own bedroom. This is awesome, thank you guys. ### 3/5 — Needs updating *2024-04-08* The app is good but can be improved by a lot. Firstly there are some bugs, pretty much all the time when I first open the app after a while every section is blank, I have to close and re-open for it to display anything. Second, the indoor AQI is not showing up at all on the chart so that a bummer … Then for improvements we need timers and automation. Timers that do what we want without creating a scheduled event. For example I want to set a timer for the purifier to go full speed for whichever amount of time then to go into night mode or whatever mode/speed I give it. Also for nighttime we should be able to choose how many led are on as the light is white bright. Finally integration with apple HomeKit should already be available for a product of £1k plus! ### 3/5 — Pretty but slow and clunky *2022-05-16, version 6.0.1* The app looks wonderful. Unfortunately that is overshadowed with how slow and clunky it is. I’m so frustrated. The replacement filters already cost a fortune, but now my air purifier is basically unusable because it’s stuck on the lowest setting and I cannot change it. The touch panel on my air purifier recently stopped responding, so I tried to use the app that use to work great before iRobot bought out the company. The app had been glitchy ever since, but it at least used to load even when my air purifiers wouldn’t connect to it. Now when I try to use the app, it doesn’t do anything except load a blank white screen. Which isn’t surprising considering it hasn’t had an update in 2 years! I have invested over $3k in aeris air purifiers and filters over the last 5 years and now they are all essentially useless. Thanks a lot iRobot! ### 2/5 — No SMS *2023-02-28, version 6.0.6* Still not getting the SMS code to setup the account. Please fix it, I can’t create an account to use the app. ### 2/5 — Aeris wifi and purifier *2022-09-05, version 6.0.4* The wifi on the purifier will not stay connected longer than a half a day and it takes about that long to connect it to begin with. I have no issues with any other smart devices in my home staying connected. This make purifying manual work. Plus I’m not sure how well this purifier works even. We’ve had more allergic reactions with this purifier than a cheaper smaller square footage purifier that we used for years. This is overpriced and under delivers.
