There are a lot more features to it and I find it works a lot better than the old one. I can see all my accounts with one login, transfer money easier and quicker, there are so many improvements. I can control my debit card easier, view all of my accounts, get my credit score, and make payments faster. Not sure why it even changed. And today they decided to shut my card down and change my card number that doesn’t expire until 2026. Told to wait to activate the new card until 1/28/2025, no grace period at all! Just expecting me to move everything overnight. WOW, you said nothing would change when they changed names. Well, you are going to lose my business. Bad enough that you move all your branches out of state. Poor customer service to say the least. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2023-06-07, version 6.5.2.15* This credit union and this app are terrible. The credit union has slowly gone down hill. Everything in the App still works except Bill Pay. What’s the purpose of the app if you have to go online? ### 2/5 — Security Flaw! *2025-03-02* Security flaw: when Face ID fails to open the app, you only need to enter the 4 or 6 digit iPhone unlock passcode to open the App, not your Aero password. This is weak security. Needs fixing asap. ### 5/5 — Friendliest Bank Around *2026-08-07, version 4022.0.0* It’s so nice to go into my branch in Peoria and when I walk through the door three people greet me by my first name. It’s the FRIENDLIEST bank I have ever done business with. I highly recommend this bank where you’re not defined by how much money you have in their bank, they just enjoy what they do for their customers. I left a large bank because they were big and you were just a number. Aero isn’t like that at all!! Check out the branch at 79th ave south of Union Hills. Tell them Claudia sent you!
