They found the the issue but never fixed it or made an update. The issue was when they updated the major update some of the camera angles were gone but you can still use them if you are in them on a did aircraft, also with the helicopters, the throttle returns back to the original position when you keep finger on the control. Also you can not use the rudder and the throttle at the same time or it will glitch or the rudder will go back to the neutral position. Also when changing the camera position the camera menu take up the whole screen while continuing flying. Love the app I get it every year but the new update has made things go to crap. ### 3/5 — Not an improvement *2023-09-02* Definitely not an improvement. It’s sadly a small step back from the 2022 version. It is still better than anything else out there at the moment but it isn’t as good as the 2022 version. It is essentially the same game except you have to buy most of the planes and the scenery packages all over again. If the lightning is your favorite plane, you might be disappointed to learn that not only do you have to buy the plane, you only get to sit in the back seat now. Although this still qualifies as arguably the second best flight simulator out there, if you have the 2022 version, do not waste your money on this version. It is surprisingly mediocre. ### 4/5 — DualRatedPilot *2023-08-30* The issues I’ve found thus far- 1. The viewpoint center on the Blackhawk is way aft of the aircraft. 2. The nose wheel steering violently oscillates side-to-side on the MB-339 while decelerating through 30 knots. 3. The view controls used to be easier to select with the right thumb while flying, now they’re located in the middle of the screen making it more difficult. 4. The playback controls used to be semi-transparent, now they take up a lot of space on the lower part of the screen. 5. You have to apply full braking first and then back-off to the desired amount on the MB-339, anything less and it will just return to zero braking. 6. The cockpit view of the MB-339 is now in the rear seat position making it impossible to watch the flight instruments while flying. 7. The collective control on the R22 sticks and sometimes reverses. Most of these problems seem to have come from a recent update, so hopefully they will be fixed. However, I believe that any fixes will probably only be on the next version, so buy that one as the game is definitely worth the money but needs some improvements. ### 4/5 — Aircraft Log books *2023-08-21* So this is a really great game and the new maps are really cool. Good to see some new maps as well as maps and 3d terrain that were in previous versions but had been dropped. The issue I have with this version is — before I downloaded any planes or maps I spent a few days just flying the Blackhawk helicopter. I’ll just say I have a personal connection to that bird and was keeping track of my stats in the log book. After downloading all the planes and maps I discovered that not only was the Blackhawk now gone from the log books but there are 3 other aircraft missing from it as well. I messaged the developer about a month ago but didn’t get much of a response. The only other thing is that a few days a go is get a few minuets into a flight and the sim would crash (shut down - if I’m using the word “crash” correctly here). Restarting my device didn’t help so I deleted the app and reinstalled everything. I’ve only had time to do a couple short flights and didn’t have any issues there but now all my career info is gone again. ### 4/5 — Very nice flight sim, with a couple issues with latest update *2023-08-18* The 9 squares in the upper right hand corner have disappeared and I have now way of pausing or taking advantage of the new fast forward features. Any guidance? I’ve deleted and reinstalled, lot all my history and still doesn’t work. ### 3/5 — Sound *2023-07-23* The game is good, however my problem is the sound. When I spawn in a plane there’s no sound.. I restart the game like 10 times just to get the sound back, or sometimes it doesn’t even come back. Please fix this because I know it’s not my volume that’s the problem. ### 4/5 — Microsoft flight simulator but mobile version *2023-06-18* the game has some 3d buildings, buttons on the plane are intractable, and just one bug, the sound sometimes goes off, and I need to restart the game a couple times but it’s fine. The satellite terrain is amazing! ### 4/5 — Planes held hostage *2023-04-21* I purchased previous versions of this app. With those versions, a good number of planes were included. Upgrade to 2023 and those planes are no longer included but are available in packages for $4.99. I wrote to the developers to inquire why, planes that I had paid for in previous versions were no longer available, I received NO response. For customers that had purchased the previous versions all those planes should have been included in the 2023 version. After all, we had paid for them. Also, wish the game would add more realism to air traffic and ground operations. For example, push back would be nice. Once you’ve landed and parked at the gate, you’re stuck there. A little radio chatter would be cool too. ### 4/5 — Updates needed!!! *2023-04-02* This game is one of the better sims on here but few things I would like to see. First would be the livery on the planes at the airport. I see the old American airline and delta livery’s but none of the newer ones. Second we need more airport interactions for a example being able to put into a gate and actually load and unload the planes. Another example is I would love to have airport traffic. It’s boring when your the only plane taxiing. This game has a lot of potential. I usually switch between this game and real flight simulator because they actually have all those things I mentioned however there ground graphics aren’t as good as this game. ### 4/5 — Almost *2023-03-29* This is a great app, wonderful planes and a nice bow to the wings when they fly. However, I have a few suggestions. What about having more variety of planes? Also, there’s a restricted amount of airports that you can pay for, so I’d suggest having more land available. Also, I’d suggest being able to I incorporate different weather scenarios, like rain or snow. ### 4/5 — Needs more variety… *2023-03-08* The game alone isn’t bad I like the game it runs smooth and the graphics are amazing. But when it comes to the planes I think they are way to shiny. Where’s the age on the planes like in real life . The flaps have no grease or hydraulic fluid looks to it . When it comes to planes its basically like the previous versions . I’d like to see the A-220 or the CS series which ever you prefer to say . The 717 would be cool to see especially on this game it would look amazing! Probably the most popular Boeing jet I’d say that we need is the flying pencil 757 !!! Another popular I would say but from Airbus is the 321 !!! Either the 200 or Neo ! And if you have the 380 you definitely need to have the 340 or the 330 they are both beautiful airplanes !! Let’s not forget the cargo planes ! The MD-11 and the DC-10 tri jets bring a whole new level of flying behavior because you need to land rather faster then normal and how the tri jets were known to bounce . Over all the game is nice ! Minor things I’d say are missing would be we need an ATC in the back round . What about people driving or other traffic. At the airports that you actually have to be carful for . ### 4/5 — Need more Aircraft *2023-03-07* I’m giving this a critical review. I’ve been using Aerofly for a few years now and it’s a perfect simulator. I’m just disappointed that there’s only two or three different aircraft that are released each year. Give us something good for 2024. I’m hoping for a flight pack. Besides, why do you take other versions such as 2022 and 2021 off the shelves? This will only make players feel that they are not playable. I hope you will do better in 2024, and there is no internal purchase. It is suggested that the fuselage reflection of 2024 aircraft should not be so strong, because the fuselage of 2023 is painted. I understand that this is only to restore the reality. I hope the author can see it and the next version (2024) can do better! ### 1/5 — Do not buy if you plan on downloading the vehicle packs *2023-07-18* I was alone to buy and download the game and a few map packs. Then my debit card got declined for download airplane packs. Checked my bank, no problems. Checked apple, they assured me the problems not on their end. Downloaded another map pack using THE SAME CARD. Then my payment method was declined again for downloading the aircraft packs. I feel like I wasted money on this version after buying the previous two versions. ### 1/5 — Great but….. *2023-02-22, version 20.23.11* UPDATE: This just keeps getting better and better. Now I have no sound. I purchased the other flight pack with the other aircraft and, not only did it not give me all of the aircraft that I purchased, it has destroyed the sound. I have restarted my phone. I have tried everything and the sound is just gone. The developer sent me a form email explaining a solution to a problem that I don’t have and that I didn’t ask about. I’m starting to get very upset. This game almost unbelievable in its detail, especially as a mobile game. I do a problem, however, which is that I purchased an aircraft package and now it’s gone. I pressed “restore purchases” but still no dice. This is pretty disturbing since they’ve in essence stolen $5 from me. I’m hoping they will reimburse me or, better yet, restore the package. ### 1/5 — I hope the author can see *2023-01-25, version 20.23.11* I hope the author can see that I am an old player of your game company, I have played every game of your company, but I am really disappointed about this game 2023, I use an Apple 11 phone, the picture quality of the game is too bad, the buildings and planes are blurred, I hope you can optimize as soon as possible ### 1/5 — Dynamic lights and UH-60 is broken *2023-01-17, version 20.23.11* You will continue to get 1 star until I can use dynamic lights again which worked great until this latest update. I thought updates were supposed to improve the experience, not take things away and make it worse. Also the Blackhawk without the sim crashing immediately when loading and fixing the ILS/VOR frequencies being automatically loaded into the FMC of every plane. I have that feature turned off in settings but it still happens every time. Sure there a little more in-game features, but what’s the point of those if we can’t enjoy the surrounding environment where we fly, especially when having to purchase all the extra regions. I purchased everything in Aerofly FS 2021, and it was beautifully made. I’ve since deleted 2021 (thinking that 2023 would be better) and now I’m unable to redownload it from the App Store ever since 2023’s release. Either put back 2021 on the store for redownload, or update 2023 to include everything 2021 had. No sense in paying for an “updated” app which took away features instead of adding them. ### 1/5 — I got scammed *2022-12-19, version 20.23.07* So basically I have AeroflyFS 2020 and that is even better than this. The graphics are bad, you have to pay for planes that you didn't have to in the 2020 version which is not fair because I thought it would be good because Swiss001 (which is a famous aviation youtuber) said it was the best flight simulator for mobile and I spent 3 bucks on nothing. ### 2/5 — Pay to play *2023-03-10* This game looks amazing and the planes are great, however one issue I have with it is the plane packs, these planes were in the 2021 and 2022 versions (don’t know why they were deleted??) and having most of those exiting planes behind a paywall makes it less fun, as they were all in the previews, so I got the game to use those planes like the Concorde etc.. and saw I had to pay for pretty much everything.. disappointing. ### 2/5 — Many bugs on this version *2023-02-18, version 20.23.11* Huge fan of Aerofly and I’ve been purchasing Aerofly FS from 2020. But this one seem super buggy on iPad Pro. Map flickers, airports suddenly dips below ground level, throttle and joystick controls stops responding and many more on location and navigation modules. However I would suggest being able to play online with friends and possibly even in the same plane. I also wish there were aircraft carriers that you can land on. Still a amazing flight simulator because everything in the cockpit of every plane works. After spending more time flying, I’ve come to appreciate the great job the developers have done with airports around the world and even some cities, such as Las Vegas. This is still the best flight sim by far. ### 5/5 — Great game *2023-03-29* Hi I really love this game and have been playing since 2020. All the planes are good and so are the destinations. But for the next update could you add Embraer airplanes so instead of having Boeing and Airbus as the two main choices besides CRJ. Other than that I enjoy this game. ### 5/5 — Very good but could be better *2023-03-15* It’s a very good sim. But like others have stated the planes need the look of showing wear on them. The look like they are right off the assembly line. I would also suggest actual atc as well so you can get actual clearance from ground control and interaction with tugs, luggage and ground crews as well. Also I would like real world experience with other aircraft and more weather like rain and snow.
