App doesn’t update for your flight status. They only can charge you more money on the app but can’t even show if it’s delayed. Never mind rebooking if a connecting flight gets missed or if one is canceled. Stone Age tech.

Changed my flight time, app and website will not allow me to change my flight time. They do not respond to emails and good luck getting them on the phone.

This company operates on total scam as far as their check in fees. I bought a ticket on expedia and nowhere it mentioned that I had to check in, on my own, 24 h before the flight or I would have had to pay €50! I found out about this later. I tried to check in 24 hours before and the system would not accept my booking code… result… they stole
€50 from me!

Last update does not update - it gives me a blank page with nothing on it included my saved data on the mobile app. Also when changing the tickets at the payments options I tried 3 different payments method and keep not accepting the payment either card or PayPal or debit card - please fix - also I would suggest a space for communicating with customer service from the app - right now you can’t and need to go on line to search for a link etc - not very user friendly when I’m trying to get assistance and change my ticket from my mobile app

I tried to check in for my flight 9 hours before it departed and the app said check in was not available yet. I went online to the website and it didn’t work at all. Once I got to the airport the customer service said that the only way to check in was to pay a fee of 25€ per ticket. All because the app doesn’t work

Flight cancelled with no notice, never got back to me to requests of compensation - as per EU directives. No online checking, app which is completely useless

It cannot find the booking, while it is possible with the website. The mobile site instead doesn’t even give the option to check-in.

Check in works now on the app. Easy to use! Only worry is the luggage piece as we’re traveling with bags that could be considered a small cabin bag but might get turned away at gate.. not sure yet

Check in works now on the app. Easy to use! Only worry is the luggage piece. We were traveling with 15lb bags that were not considered a small cabin bag so it cost an extra €60/person even though the app showed €27/person but it wouldn’t let us add it through there..
