## What is AeroKeep?

Keep your aircraft airworthy and your pilot credentials flight-ready. AeroKeep is the all-in-one aircraft maintenance tracker, discrepancy (squawk) log, and FAA pilot currency manager engineered for general aviation aircraft owners, flying partnerships, flight clubs, and pilots.

Designed specifically for iPhone and iPad, AeroKeep features a high-contrast cockpit-friendly dark interface, adaptive tablet navigation rails, and offline-first performance that never requires an internet connection in the cockpit.

AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE & AIRWORTHINESS
- Smart Due-Date Calculators: Track maintenance intervals by Tach/Hobbs time (50-hr, 100-hr), calendar months (Annual, Altimeter/Static, Transponder), calendar duration, or hybrid thresholds (e.g. Oil change every 50 hours or 4 months, whichever comes first).
- Grounding & Compliance Protection: Flags required vs. discretionary tasks. Overdue mandatory inspections clearly mark the aircraft as grounded with instant status banners under 14 CFR 91.409, 91.411, 91.413, or 91.207.
- Preloaded Regulatory Library: Comes with preloaded templates for FAA mandatory inspections (AAV1ATE), recurring Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and Service Bulletins (SBs) for Cessna, Piper, Cirrus, Beechcraft, Mooney, Diamond, Van's RV, and more.
- Maintenance Log History: Document technician A&P/IA certificate numbers, service costs, parts replaced, and return-to-service notes.

SQUAWK & DISCREPANCY MANAGEMENT
- Digital Discrepancy Sheet: Log squawks immediately on the ramp or post-flight.
- Status Workflow: Organize items by Open, In Progress, and Addressed.
- Rectification Notes: Record resolution actions, sign-offs, and corrective measures with quick search and audit history.
- Accidental-Tap Undo: Reopen or restore accidentally marked or deleted squawks instantly.

FAA PILOT CURRENCY & ENDORSEMENTS (14 CFR)
- Day Passenger Currency: 14 CFR 61.57(a) (3 takeoffs/landings in 90 days; full-stop tailwheel supported).
- Night Passenger Currency: 14 CFR 61.57(b) (3 night full-stop landings in 90 days).
- Instrument Rating Currency (IFR): 14 CFR 61.57(c)&(d) tracking 6 approaches, holding procedures, and intercepting/tracking within 6 calendar months. Includes safety pilot 6-month grace period and IPC tracking.
- Flight Review (BFR): 14 CFR 61.56 24-calendar-month validity calculator.
- Medicals & BasicMed: Calculates validity for FAA 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Class medicals (under age 40 and 40+) and BasicMed (CMEC 48-month exam + 24-month online course).

QUICK FLIGHT & REGULATORY LOGGING
- Fast Cockpit Entry: Tap to increment day/night landings, night takeoffs, instrument approaches, and holds.
- Milestone Recording: Log flight reviews, IPCs, checkrides, and FAA medical exams with examiner names and certificate numbers.
- Optional Logbook Hours: Record PIC, SIC, Solo, Cross-Country, Night, Actual/Simulated Instrument, and Dual flight hours.

OFFLINE FIRST & MULTI-DEVICE SYNC
- 100% Offline Reliability: Zero internet required. Access tach hours, inspection dates, and squawks at remote airfields or in-flight.
- Cloud Sync & Backup: Seamlessly sync between your iPad in the cockpit and your iPhone on the go.
- Multi-Aircraft Hangar: Manage one plane or your entire club/syndicate fleet from a single account.
- Export/Import: Full data portability with JSON and CSV export.

AeroKeep ensures you spend less time calculating inspection dates and more time flying with confidence.
