Filled out all the information, received the green check mark and still wouldn’t let me check in. No chat function Finally after 30 minutes of trying different items figured out I needed to change the phone number since it was the same as someone else’s on the reservation. Never let us know , just had to figure it out. Don’t bother calling customer service. You enter one passenger's information correctly, but the other traveler's name doesn't appear to complete it, so you can't continue. I did have one issue on my second part of my flight home the TV Screen was in Spanish.
