Je connais l’app depuis des années et la réinstalle pour la seconde fois car désire lui donner une autre chance, mais en vain.
Impossible de prendre en compte les vols passés dans les 12 derniers mois, alors que c’était le cas dans les précédentes versions.
Bien désolant que cette application censée récompenser, et donc attirer, les passagers plus ou moins fréquents confirme une image qui se dégrade au lieu de s’améliorer.
Un peu comme si elle était au diapason de cet aéroport.

Ça fait plusieurs mois que l’application ne fonctionne pas correctement… des délais de réponse incompatible avec la gestion d’un vol d’avion. Une gestion des clients fréquents lamentable, manifestement gérée par des contrôleurs de gestion, je ne recommande pas l’application, heureusement qu’il y a des alternatives pour avoir les bonnes informations.
