When I typed in the right one it deleted the house number with no way to change it. Wasn’t sure that they could find me if I used the wrong postal code but the driver called and it got sorted out. Great service. I booked an airport taxi with this company over two weeks in advance, specifically requesting a car seat for my 21-month-old child. We received a confirmation email stating that a car would be available upon arrival and followed the instructions to call after collecting our luggage. To our shock, we were told no cars were available. Adding to the confusion, we received a text saying a car was waiting and were given another number to call—only to be told again that no ride was available. Worse still, the representative hung up on me mid-sentence. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. We were left stranded at the airport at 2 AM in freezing winter temperatures with no support from the company. Despite calling back and being told we were “on the board” and would receive updates, we never heard from them again. This company failed to deliver on its promises, leaving a mother and young child in a vulnerable and unsafe situation. Their lack of accountability and customer service is appalling.
