When I call to have the items shipped, they no longer have my items in stock. So aggravating when I can then go online and reorder 2 of the 3 items again. Why not just ship them in the first place?? So you sell my items that I already paid for to another customer? That’s why it’s now out of stock?? The colors and overall fit are perfect. My only issue is with some of the designs. I think a lot of the pieces would look better if the prints were removed or redesigned. Some of the logos and graphics on hoodies and T-shirts feel a bit childish. As a teenager who shops the soft-girl style, I think the brand really does a great job with fit, material, and silhouettes. That’s why I’d love to see more mature or minimalist prints. Simple designs or even no print at all would look so much better.
