I feel like the company is scamming us by not removing the VR option from its product. This app does not work!! I would have loved the machine if I had only bought that alone. I would have also saved $30 or so. Having worked as a project manager in IT for years, I’m amazed that this is still an issue! According to the App Store, issues related to logging in have been resolved for 11 months . . . Inova - As the “team behind Aeroski”, this is a huge problem you need to resolve. The app is a major factor in the consumer decision-making process, and it’s a fail. UX is everything with this product - why is it still an issue? In following up on my purchase, I’ve noticed that virtually everything is sold out - this problem is only going to get worse. So get on it and fix this - your ratings for VoC ratings can’t be much worse. If it would make any difference, I’m even willing to help by putting together a plan with your marketing & IT teams to get things moving. Don’t let this fester any longer! Try again in a few minutes, we are working on it.” What’s going on over there Aeroski app development team? I’m looking at other reviews and it seems this has been an ongoing issue for what seems to be months? Aeroski CEO, my kids are highly disappointed. They were looking forward to the awesome Aeroski advertised experience. Let’s hurry and get this app working. While returning the machine won’t be an issue, I would really prefer to keep it. Just need this promised “fun” app to work, so that I may motivate my kids to exercise. Just a bit of difficulty learning how to use it correctly, but otherwise very easy! ### 4/5 — Just got this yesterday *2025-02-13* I just downloaded the app today. I have seen many disappointed reviews, but so far I think it is pretty cool. My phone never turned off when using the VR but I have my phone set to not turn off, I close it manually. I have tried a few different ski maps and I think the main thing is to set it up the way that you will be facing. Also you need to slide to two sliders on top to bring the lens closer to your eyes. Now to check it all out. Btw I think I’m gonna love my Aeroski, hopefully I can keep my 14 year old grandson off it lol. ### 2/5 — Limited Exercises due to faulty app *2025-06-11* I’ve had my Aeroski machine for a few months now and, while I enjoy the low impact workout, I am VERY disappointed in the app. I try EVERY MORNING to build a customized workout and with the exception of maybe 3 times, the app gives me an error message and tells me to try again later. I have contacted the company more than once about this issue and they said they are working on it and gave me a $20 refund for the trouble😩.
