Multiple logins are needed for several places throughout the app. The app is evidently just a web wrapper so it does not lay out content neatly or cleanly (see your paystubs that scroll off the page). For content that is too wide and needs to be scrolled, there’s no option to rotate device orientation. The app only exists in portrait mode, and isn’t even responsive enough to handle that. If you accidentally press back, or even an option within and section of the app behind a login and then go back, well prepare to have to login all over again. The app is also extremely slow, with no good indication that any user interaction has even occurred. Just an overall very frustrating experience. I seriously think Aerotek asked their recruiters to review bomb the app, because there’s no way this is actually a 5 star app. ### 1/5 — Worked great until most recent update *2019-12-10* Now it shows my email as INVALID and I can do anything. Help line is a continuous queue with nobody ever answering. How do I get my pay statements now? Hope you fix soon. ### 3/5 — Needs more functions! *2019-10-11* Apps is great but is lacking the simple stuff. Not being able to swipe back is very frustrating. ### 1/5 — Poorly executed *2019-06-21, version 2.0.3* The app is plagued with the same problem Aerotek as a whole suffers from: multiple user names and sites to manage something as straightforward as employee benefits/pay etc since they aren’t hosted through the same site. Benefits and hours each have their own separate login system, and the app doesn’t store username and passwords so you better know everything from memory...or be prepared to spend time retrieving usernames and resetting multiple passwords. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2019-05-09* The app is a buggy piece of trash filled with dead links. The only thing that works seems to be searching for a new job, which, great for Aerotek, not so great for employees trying to access information about their employment. I’m deleting it, personally. ### 1/5 — Poor Quality App *2019-04-26* Things are not easy to find, and when I went to the perks page it said “Hello Chase Bazen”... my name is Stephanie (different last name as well) which makes me concerned that there could potentially be other (more sensitive) personal information being shared with other people. I cannot get the app to allow for manual input of password. Even when I go thru the”Forgot Password “ process, the app refuses to acknowledge the new and correct password. The app is unusable right now and I must use the website in order to do anything. Very irritating! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2021-10-18* Everytime I try to log in it forces a log in of an incorrect password, then when I try to retype the email it get to enter the password it enters a wrong password before I can type my password. Needless to say I get locked out for 30 mins EVERY time I try to log in, sometimes before I press anything and just open the app. The only way to get in is to delete the app and re download it EVERY time I need to use it. Please get your dev on the phone and fix this hunk of junk. ### 1/5 — Trash *2021-10-08, version 2.3.0* Every single time I try to log in it says it’s the wrong password and username when that’s impossible since I have both my username and password written down after I created my account. It then kicks me out for 30 minutes due to “too many unsuccessful login attempts” when I tried only once. It then freezes and I can’t do anything. I’ve contacted Aerotek support directly and every time they just reset my login and the cycle continues. Unacceptable for an employee who’s worked for them for over a year. ### 1/5 — App is currently broken please read *2021-07-25* Hello, i was forced to change my password. The next day I couldn’t log into the app anymore. Kept saying account locked to many log ins just by opening the app once. It’s trying to auto connect with my old password and it does not allow me to change it on the Home Screen. The only work around I found was to uninstall the app and reinstall and insert the new password. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2021-07-20* The app freezes everytime I try to login. When all I did was hit the continue button. The app then tells me I didn't put the correct PW in and then locks my account. This app is horrible! ZERO STARS! If it were possible. ### 1/5 — Auto-fill keeps locking me out of my account *2021-07-15, version 2.3.0* I have updated my password since I created this account. When im on the login screen, the app will auto fill my username. When I hit “continue” not only does it auto fill my password, but it automatically submits the wrong password without giving me a chance to update it. Rinse and repeat until im locked out of my account. I highly recommend that users just use a web browser to access their account, until such a time that this app is made to be more accessible. ### 1/5 — Needs improvement *2021-01-20* This app makes you sign in over and over any time you change the page out menu and half the tie it doesn’t even work.
