Payments take 48 hours to post, and the site provides false information, (what little information it does provide) - DO NOT USE THIS APP ### 1/5 — Paying by App MORE EXPENSIVE and Doesn’t Work *2025-06-08, version 3.0.5* TWO major issues: 1.) When paying by AES app, you must use a credit or debit card, which incurs an additional fee. You cannot pay by bank account on the app to avoid the fee. 2.) I have never successfully completed an online payment using the app. I am a tech-savvy person who has paid all bills online for 10+ years. I have updated the app, tried on different devices, and restarted my device. The app simply does not work. I have called the customer service line to pay my bill every single time. ### 1/5 — Accessing the website *2025-04-30, version 3.0.4* I agree that the website is terrible.
