I have deleted and reinstalled it numerous times. I can’t get it to access my account ### 1/5 — APP DOES NOT WORK *2024-12-18* This app never works. I can use my credentials to login vis the mobile web but receive an error when I try logging in via the app. I’ve had the app downloaded for at least a month now. I thought that there would be an update to resolve. There hasn’t been one. I wouldn’t waste your time until you see that an update has come out since this review. ### 1/5 — Junk app for junk service *2024-11-08, version 3.0.4* Can’t sign in with my phone number which is how they opt to sign in. ### 1/5 — Just horrible *2024-10-24* The app is awful. Feels like it was coded by a 2nd grader and the servers were made by a 1st grader. Constantly freezes when your trying to do something. Servers are down so you can’t even login. You press buttons and they don’t actually click. Everything that you could possibly think of that could go wrong on an app has gone wrong on this app and it regularly goes wrong. Website is not any better. I am seriously contemplating just paying the $50 fee every month so I don’t have to use this awful app anymore. Just horrible ### 1/5 — AES is HORRIBLE! *2024-02-29* Ever since we had the switch over, paying my bill is ridiculously difficult. I have technical difficulties paying on the phone. It doesn’t “remember” my form of payment despite using the same method of payment for years. I am told there’s an error even after typing in all the information for the umpteenth time. Try for the millionth time to log into the app. Can’t seem to get in there either. That’s ridiculous if you’re going to create an app for your company why would you limit it to just a few customers. Payments take 48 hours to post, and the site provides false information, (what little information it does provide) - DO NOT USE THIS APP ### 1/5 — Paying by App MORE EXPENSIVE and Doesn’t Work *2025-06-08* TWO major issues: 1.) When paying by AES app, you must use a credit or debit card, which incurs an additional fee. You cannot pay by bank account on the app to avoid the fee. 2.) I have never successfully completed an online payment using the app. I am a tech-savvy person who has paid all bills online for 10+ years. I have updated the app, tried on different devices, and restarted my device. The app simply does not work.
