## What is AESC?

AESC-BOSS provides mobile access and visibility to the BOSS facilities, operations, risk
and compliance management platform, so you can administer various tasks on the move.

Capabilities include:

Contractor Site Safety
. Approve property access to specific contractors.
. Know when your contractors are on site.
.Inform contractors of hazards before entering the property.
. Communicate with contractors via the app.
Property Risk
. Access all reported risks.
. Manage and close out reported property risk concerns.
Fire Safety
. Review a snapshot of portfolio compliance levels.
. Review and interrogate fire safety compliance to ensure certification.
Helpdesk / Log a call
. Review status of current workorders.
. Send and manage reactive work orders on the go.

The BOSS platform is unique to the property sector, a cloud based system for property
owners, occupiers and managers to receive data in real-time to ensure maximum
understanding of risk and ensure occupant safety.

The AESC-BOSS app is just another way we are innovating our systems to maximise safety
