## What is Aethyr?

Your brain generates more than it can hold. Aethyr holds the rest.

Empty your head in one go — appointments, worries, the thing you keep
forgetting — exactly as messy as it comes out. Aethyr reads it and turns it
into reminders, tasks, notes and feelings automatically. No formatting. No
bullet points. No sorting it out first.

Built by an ADHD mind that needed it to exist.

OFFLOAD — BRAIN FULL? EMPTY IT HERE
Say it unfinished and out of order. One long ramble becomes your reminders,
your tasks, where you left your passport and the place you want to go back
to. Nothing is handed back to you to organise. Offload works everywhere in
the app, so you can dump whatever arrives, wherever you are.

PLAN YOUR DAY
Tasks, reminders and items in one place with a live timeline of your day and
week. Ask in plain words — "remind me to call the dentist Thursday morning"
— and it lands in the right place on its own. No red badge telling you off.

DAY AHEAD & DRIVE NOW
The weather, your calendar, the time and your departure alarms in one calm
view before the day starts. Drive Now adds the map, your saved places, route
checking and a leaving-the-house checklist — so the thread from planning to
arrival doesn't break.

MIND BODY SOUL
Describe how you feel in your own words, not a scale of one to ten. Body
captures where you are and what your energy is doing. Soul offers short
practices built for an ADHD nervous system. Come back later and see the
pattern — because you wanted to, not because a streak demanded it.

HEALTH HUB
Mark it taken, set a reminder, track your stock. Aethyr tracks ADHD
medication only, and it will sa else. Log how you
feel alongside it and see the shape of weeks without carrying it in working
memory. Private tracking. Never

BRAIN FUEL
Movement, made easy to start. Walk, run, cycle or just move, with music
playing while you go. A nudge,

TASKS THAT SHRINK
Ask Aethyr to break the overwhelming thing down — roughly how long you have,
how small the steps need to be ting action. No
points, rewards, streaks, scores or praise. One next move, when you are ready.

DIARY
A private timeline so each day when time-blindness
blurs them together.

APPLE WATCH, CARPLAY, WIDGETS & SIRI
Offload from your wrist, keep t, see what is coming
on your Home Screen, and ask Siri without opening anything.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Aethyr runs on your iPhone. The intelligence is Apple's on-device Foundation
Models, so your brain dumps, yods are processed on
the device and are not sent to a server, not stored in a cloud, and never
used to train anything. Search ed, hand-checked
list of trusted medical and educational sources — no open web, no social
feeds, no autoplay video, no ra

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.0.1 — 2026-09-16

Offload has been rebuilt so nothing you say gets lost, and Aethyr now speaks
ten languages everywhere — including CarPlay, the Watch and the widgets.

I'm Leo. I build Aethyr on my own and I have ADHD myself, so most of what
changes each release is something that annoyed me first.

NOTHING YOU SAY GETS LOST
Empty your head in one go, and if anything gets missed on the first pass
Aethyr catches it afterwards rather than letting it quietly disappear. "Half
nine" means half past nine. "Ten to six" means 17:50. An adjective no longer
loses your passport — "in the blue drawer" works as well as "in the drawer".

If Aethyr doesn't mention something she saved, she adds it at the end. Filed
and forgotten should never look the same.

Offload works everywhere in the app now, so you can empty your head from any
page.

TEN LANGUAGES, EVERYWHERE
All the corners that were quietly still English — CarPlay, the Apple Watch,
the widgets, Settings, the first screen you ever see. Including what she says
to a driver who's overwhelmed.

BETTER AT READING THE ROOM
Aethyr is much better at telling the difference between someone having a
rotten day and someone who actually needs help. Being done with everything on
your list is not a crisis. Neither is a car park with no way out.

ALSO
Animations stop when you turn Reduce Motion on, and fewer things redraw
behind the scenes, so it should feel quicker.

If something's broken or missing, tell me — I read everything, and it's
usually in the next build.

### 2.0 — 2026-09-11

Aethyr has been rebuilt from the ground up.

A NEW LOOK, AND IT IS REAL

The old interface is gone, not wrapped. Every surface is now real Liquid Glass that bends and deforms as you move through it, rather than an effect painted on top. One material, one ground, one rule for text, on every page.

EVERY PAGE REBUILT

Pages are now made of rectangles that size themselves to what is actually in them. No two cards are the same size, nothing is squeezed narrower than its own words, and nothing is stretched full width just to hold a short line. Press a card and it opens to full. The order and the shape of a page come from your day, not from the code.

DAY AHEAD

Your sky is the page. Real cloud and real weather sit behind your day, water runs down the glass and bends what is underneath it, and all seven conditions have thead has no colour of its own, because the skyis the colour.

BRAIN FUEL

Rebuilt on your own numbers, including what your Apple Watch has already counted. One card shape, cards that open, and
exercises that explain themselves.

MIND BODY SOUL

Broken out of a single long form into rectangl and body each have their own space.

SETTINGS

All 23 sub pages are glass now, and each opensour. Colours and Fonts lets you set a colourper page, the typeface and the background.

MUSIC

Its own glass treatment, a proper ground arrangement on Home, and album art that no longer lives in the wrong place.

CARPLAY

Aethyr draws her own map now. Nothing hands you off to Apple Maps mid journey, and the crashes are fixed.

DRIVE NOW

Whole journeys, not just driving. Walk, cycle or take transit and Aethyr guides you the same way.

HEALTH HUB

Blood oxygen joins your vitals.

NOTIFICATIONS

Aethyr has her own expanded view, and notifications know where you are.

WIDGETS

Brain Fuel has a widget, and every widget now carries its page's own treatment.

NINE LANGUAGES

Aethyr now speaks Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and
Simplified Chinese.

A NEW APP ICON

Four rings around the orb, fully layered so itith a dark mode to match.

FOCUS

The focus timer can block apps while you work, aks.

NUDGES THAT POINT FORWARD

A nudge now only ever looks ahead, to what is thyr does not count what you did not do, andthat rule binds the layout as much as the words.
FIXES
Aethyr's on device intelligence works properly on iOS 27. Chat no longer jumps around when the keyboard opens. A slow restore can no longer cost you your data.

PRIVACY, UNCHANGED

Everything you type or say to Aethyr stays on ent anywhere, not even to us.

### 1.7 — 2026-08-25

WHAT'S NEW IN AETHYR

Your home screen, sharper than ever — every card doing exactly what it's there to do, plus a rebuilt Apple Watch companion riding shotgun with it.

DAY AHEAD — Your whole day at a glance the second you open the app — weather, the clock, what's actually coming up. No more stitching your morning together from four different apps before you've even had coffee.

OFFLOAD TO AETHYR — Brain full? This is where it goes. Type everything swirling around, exactly as messy as it is, and Aethyr reads it, sorts it, and turns it into reminders, tasks and notes automatically. One dump. Done.

MIND BODY SOUL — Thoughts, feelings and body signals, held in one place instead of scattered across three apps you were never going to remember to open.

PLAN YOUR DAY — Not another task list that guilt-trips you for what's still sitting there. Aethyr drafts the first step of every task for you, so starting feels possible, and breaks big things into small ones automatically — because the hardest part of ADHD is rarely the task itself, it's beginning.

HEALTH HUB — Medication, tracked simply and privately — timing, effects, whatever you choose to log. No lectures, no judgement, no reminders that feel like nagging.

BRAIN FUEL — Quick, genuinely ADHD-shaped ways to reset when your brain hits the wall — a nudge, not a lecture.

DRIVE NOW — Going somewhere? Aethyr sorts it before you leave — time, weather, a departure alarm, a leaving-home checklist and a calm plan, all in one place. No more standing at the door, already fifteen minutes late.

MUSIC — Curated focus music, chosen specifically for ADHD brains. Turn it on, tune the noise out, and actually get moving.

SEARCH — A safer, smarter search — trusted sources only, no open web, no rabbit holes, and now covering more than ever, ADHD-related or not.

ON YOUR WRIST, TOO — Everything above now has a real companion on Apple Watch — rebuilt this update with your feedback in mind, cards rearranged so the thing you reach for is right there, plus a brand new way to brain-dump straight from your wrist. It's not a separate app with its own rules. It's the same Aethyr, just closer to hand when your phone isn't.

Underneath all of it, Aethyr keeps learning how you communicate. The longer you use it, the more it sounds like you talking to yourself — calm, direct, clear.

This update also carries a batch of the quiet, unglamorous fixes that make Aethyr feel more solid every time you open it — interface refinements, small consistency fixes, and under-the-hood reliability work, so everything just keeps doing what it's supposed to.

We do not collect or use any data. At all. That's not changing, ever.

Thank you for trusting Aethyr with your brain.
