You are not helpful and you try to make things harder than they have to be to patients just give up and suffer. And because you own CVS you use blackmail so we are forced to use your stores. ### 2/5 — Great when it works… *2026-08-20, version 7.61.0* The app functionality is overall pretty good. I do have two issues. 1) Frequently I open the app and it says “Come Back Soon! We’re having technical issues. Please try again later.” Unfortunately this has been happening more and more, specifically when I need to see the app. 2) It shows my Inspiration HSA balance, but does not provide any other information or even take me to the Inspiration site. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-08-16, version 7.61.0* Your app is impossible to navigate and seems designed to thwart claims. Useless ### 1/5 — Worst prescription experience *2026-08-08, version 7.60.0* Aetna won't cover 90 day supply of cholesterol medication unless you order it through their own mail order pharmacy. I've never had an insurance policy so stupid. Now they've called several times just to transfer the prescription, they want me to call my doctor and explain their stupidity so they send another prescription and today they're just leaving voice message after voice message that I need to call them about it.
