Has had several updates, none resolved this issue. I can only submit claims through a browser based website using a tablet or laptop. Apps never work right. ### 2/5 — needs work *2025-03-25* the foto part of the app produces many images which aetna claims to be unreadable. this forces the user to rescan with a different app. the app sometimes rejects PDFs. if you enjoy filling claims multiple times, this just what you are looking for. ### 5/5 — Forgot my wallet *2025-03-19* Super helpful when I forgot my wallet at the doctors office. I remembered I had the app downloaded and was able to to use that instead. Sometimes claims can be a little slow to load, but it is nice to not have to call customer service for every little thing and to have everything all in one place. Multiple pending were ignored. And then I got a reply that they deny to pay due to their own consideration. No other explanation. Though this type of surgery should be 100% covered according to conditions. The worst service and responsiveness. Please try again letter". Doesn’t know what it is for password keepers like 1Password.
