## What is AFAD IMER?

İlk müdahale personeline yönelik temel korunma önlemleri ile ilk yardım faaliyetleri hakkında bilgilerin derlendiği mobil uygulamadır. Bu uygulama, kullanıcılara hızlı ve kolay bir şekilde bilinen KBRN maddeleriyle ilgili temel bilgilerinin yanı sıra korunma önlemlerini de çevrimdışı olarak sunmaktadır. Kullanıcılar, bilinen KBRN maddelerine ilişkin;
•	Genel bilgiler (CAS RN, UN No., Fiziksel özellikler, Nörolojik etkiler, Çeşitli organlar üzerindeki etkiler, Tehlike Levhaları, Taşınma Şekilleri) ve temel koruyucu önlemlere,
•	Tehlike mesafeleri (Korunma Mesafesi, Kamu Güvenliği, Tahliye) bilgilerine,
•	Yangın söndürme esasları,
•	Kitle İmha Silahları (KİS) Müdahale Kılavuzu talimatlarına 
ulaşabilecektir.
