Need to be to unlock when need to do so. I’ve only been on the new system for a few days but each time I attempt to log-in to their new online mobile system, I am unable because a circular icon just spins and spins with the word “Processing” beside it without opening. Each time that it happens, I have to re-boot my mobile device in order to be able to log into my account.
