It’s very repetitive doesn’t culture in anything and even though you’ve cancelled your subscription they still take money at the bank so you’ve got to cancel it again

I found it really helpful, even though it got pretty emotional at times. Some exercises pushed me out of my comfort zone, which turned out to be a good thing. The only downside is that the subscription is a bit expensive.

The daily limit to the amount of text or messages that are allowed is a mystery and the interruption is very triggering, like “ok to more feelings for you, at least not four 24 hours. Then you can send a message again.
