My dad retired with the DPD after decades of service and passed away last year. The main reason I have stayed with this credit union, other than good service, is its open support for the police and the pride I got representing them. It seems that era is over. Is it also safe to assume that you’ll be removing the badge from our cards issued in the future? Because at that point, this is just another credit union and I no longer see a reason in being a member at an organization that has always been inconvenient to visit in the first place. I will always remember RMLEFCU and a big thanks to those who were involved in the OG company. 🫡 ### 4/5 — Finally works *2024-11-01, version 4015.0.1* It’s taken several months but the app is finally working. No longer get the error message when starting the app and am able to access my accounts. RMLEFCU is the complete opposite. It’s so convenient & user friendly! I’ve linked all of my accounts to this credit union just so I only have to use their app! The snapshot feature, text notifications and easy transfers are my favorite! ### 4/5 — Quick and convenient *2019-07-27, version 3009.3* I use this app daily, logging in has been super quick. I’ve been having a few problems this last week since it was updated. App doesn’t keep my Face ID login and I constantly have to type in user ID and PW. I have always enjoyed the simplicity of it just a bit of a drag recently with those little issues of logging in. I would LOVE to see the transactions listed in the checking a bit smaller and much more compact. The font seems a bit larger or even provide an option on viewing preferences since many may struggle to see smaller fonts. I would just like to see more transactions on my screen and maybe reduce it to one line each. There’s a lot of info per transaction, it’s just be nice to collapse or expand if you wanted to see more. I check my account pretty much a hundred times a day so I notice every little hang-up! On occasion I’ve had trouble with depositing a check with my phone. It has rejected the photo of the check at times for unknown reasons. One time it took about 10 photos before accepting. Other than that the app is easy and good to use. Like, if I go to the same grocery store all the time, just set it so my account automatically recognizes that purchase as groceries. Other than that, it’s convenient and easy to navigate.
