Everyday that easy stuff like putting a system on test is an awful mission that I end up calling the office, you get a bad review. It continues to be straight trash. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2024-08-23* Cons: App is very poorly designed. When you are in an account the back button should bring you back to the previous screen not all the way back home to the main screen. App should have face for password. Dark mode would be nice . Load times are slow. Doesn’t always switch accounts even though you put in a different cs number so you end up putting the previous account on Test. As far as affiliated monitoring company themselves not good. I have banks that put accounts on test and then they are getting dispatched on while testing holdups. Pros: Having your previously opened accounts in a list is nice. ### 1/5 — This app is terrible *2024-08-14* My current employer started to use this monitoring service and app last year. It’s not only terrible, it keeps getting worse, slower, and now makes you log in and out at every site now. It won’t stay logged in. Its ridiculous and waste of time for a company. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2024-05-16* Cons: App is very poorly designed. Also, the area should show on the events in history. ### 3/5 — Latest update *2026-06-19* The most recent update logs you out to quickly, have to log in multiple times to complete a single inspection. No longer shows your name when putting accounts on test. No longer shows recent accounts accessed so when it forces you out to log in you have to have the account number on hand to enter it. Boo ### 3/5 — It’s getting better but still *2025-01-08* I’ve written countless reviews, and I feel you all are listening. Over all it’s working better, can refresh now etc. The loggin and out is still an issue. The app the company previously used would allow you to log in to the app and stay logged in for 12-24 hrs before it would reset. That kind of dev code would be nice. I’m logging in every site, then having to input the same info to put a system on test and off. I do anywhere from 6-8 sites a day. The amount of pw and login input is unreal. If it was cut by half, it be amazing and a time saver. Time is money friend. ### 3/5 — Unable to log out *2024-01-23* Recently app would give and error and not work. Checked everywhere and there’s no log out button. I would have to delete app and reinstall for it to work. After logging in I can’t find the logout button still. I’m using an IPhone ### 4/5 — Doesn’t work with dark mode *2021-09-03* The menu options are blacked out when using dark mode on my iPad Pro 12.9 8th gen.
