It freezes multiple times during every inspection. If it’s not freezing it’s completely crashing. I know a guy who has it on his android phone and whenever ever he goes to add a photo it crashes. For flat rate techs time is money and this app is a huge waste of both. I’d give it zero stars if I could ### 1/5 — Hot garbage *2021-09-29, version 3.2* Freezes multiple times per form ### 1/5 — Autoloop is trash. *2018-06-16, version 1.0.3* My dealership has been using Autoloop for less than a month and this program has been nothing but a headache. Checking off boxes is so glitchy, if you check off ten boxes for example, they’ll all uncheck themselves and you’ll have to do it again, which already takes a ton of time on it’s own because it’s so slow. Performing a service on a car takes twice as long because of Autoloop. This program does not have preset recommendations like ASR Pro has, so you have to type out everything and make duplicates of lines because it doesn’t print out properly for the ASM. This definitely should have had more R&D before being released. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Logging in *2025-12-12, version 3.9.0* app does not like you staying logged in for more then 5 minutes and the user interface is awful ### 1/5 — Less than 1 star *2025-06-02, version 3.8.2* My company uses this awful app for our MPI process. It has cost us so much unnecessary headache, and more often than not makes MPIs way longer than they should be. The app never works properly and is constantly crashing. If your company is trying to decide on an app to use for your MPIs, please do NOT choose this one. Such a waste of time and money. ### 1/5 — Update. *2025-05-28, version 3.8.1* App was good before the update. Now it’s a headache every now and then it asks me to log back in and when I do it tells me that dealership sync data not available. Photos take a minute now to upload along with recommendations not appearing. Work on the technician side so these things are a hassle also god forbid you have an android can barely use it (have an iPhone but that’s what I heard from Android users in shop) ### 1/5 — Almost unusable *2025-04-30, version 3.7.4* Constantly crashing, pictures get deleted, entire inspections get deleted, care connects website itself works great but this app doesn’t mesh well with it at all ### 1/5 — Stay away *2025-01-31, version 3.7.2* Looking to slow down your shop’s productivity and increase your frustration? Then this app is for you. Otherwise stay away. I’ve been at a dealer using this app for almost two years now and it’s completely riddled with glitches and bugs, constantly crashing and logging you out in the middle of an MPI, not loading properly, makes you log in multiple times. Does not matter if your on apple or android or if your phone has the latest software in it. This app is garbage. Do yourself a favor and use one of the competitors. We used XTime at my previous employer and it was incredible. ### 1/5 — THE worst app that ever existed *2025-01-09, version 3.7.2* It’s always broken. And each update breaks something new. How is that possible? So thrilled my dealership is dumping this app soon. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2024-11-21, version 3.7.1* any good reviews you see completely disregard them, as a tech, especially a lube tech it takes me an extra 5-10 minutes to finish my job, and being a busy dealership that time adds up. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2024-07-05, version 3.7.0* This app is a waste of time to use. When shooting videos it sometimes freezes app or even crashes losing the MPI I had just done. App take forever to load and makes me sign in multiple times. My dealer made a mistake ever going to this. Also sometimes the video doesn’t even upload even though it says uploaded. Waste of time and money. If you’re looking for an unreliable digital MPI then this is for you! Tired of reliable paper inspection forms? Then look no further. Need to waste more time as a flat rate tech? Love messing around logging out and back in just to attempt to load a repair order? It seems there’s always an update that is needed and every time another issue occurs. Currently the most difficult thing is allowing dealership access the first time signing in.
