I’m constantly with a costumer or in the middle of something and it just closes on me! So inconvenient! Always happens at the worst times!

When the app works perfect it’s a great tool to have. However more often than not the information that is input on the clients appointment is not saved when printing the write up paper and reverts back to what the appointment was initially set for. Consistently drops tag numbers/license plates/mileage etc. needs some optimization
