I can’t seem to set up balance alerts on my checking account or upload a paper check. It also no longer seems to let you view the paper check I wrote recently. No more viewing my actual statements online. For me these are not good omissions. I’m hoping this is just a bug and it will be fixed soon. For those reasons I’ve given it two stars. In the event these issues are resolved I will happily update my review. After all they are touting online banking. If I have to go in to deposit checks that really defeats the purpose. Of course getting someone on the phone is not happening. So far not great. All of my other bank accounts have it so this app is kinda behind. It also doesn't show how much money you owe on your loans or when they are do.
