Won’t let you change direct debit amount - sets it to zero ### 1/5 — Terrible - don’t download until they fix it *2026-07-27, version 1.0.5* Terrible app which is barely more than an app view of a website. Despite toggling biometric access ‘enabled’, there is no way to make it stay enabled and every time I return to that part of the app it has disabled itself again. This app should not have been released until it had more functionality than this. ### 1/5 — Just as bad as customer service *2026-07-25, version 1.0.5* Where to start! The app is basically a glorified version of the website, meaning it has just the same levels of bugs, ugliness and rubbish usability. And, it logs you out every single day. The account sections are poorly designed for mobile navigation, being much worse than their rivals and the functionality isn’t there. There’s no push notifications, no easy way to check usage. But it doesn’t even save your login details and Face ID doesn’t work. How they could be happy releasing this is a mystery. I am embarrassed for Affinity Water. The app is not working. Does not trigger password app in Apple iOS when app login appears. Biometrics turns itself off after you turn it on. Affinity, please get a competent company to write your app. You emailed me to load it, so render it fit for purpose. Latest version 1.05. It’s very poor in fact it’s unusable as unable to sign in and the entire UI and UX is buggy and poorly executed. If I could give a minus rating I would. For the last 10 days I have been locked out of my account. Cannot update my password because the link Affinity Water sends just times out every time. I queued for 35 mins. to talk to a person who promised to email me the information I needed. Did she? No. Emailed their contact address, did I get a reply? No. Now they have sent me a link to the App which I have downloaded but can’t get into the account because I need to change my password and guess what? The link doesn’t work. I am just going round in circles. Surely it is not too much to expect to be able to get into my account. ### 1/5 — Useless App *2026-07-22, version 1.0.5* Logged in ok using current online account details and tried to set up biometric login, this does not work just resets itself to disabled every time you move away from the page!! Then the app locked my account due to five failed login attempts, this was not the case so had to reset password. So I have deleted but now can not get a reset to access online ### 1/5 — Just been updated…. *2026-08-11, version 1.0.6* ….but is the bug fix the login one, i.e. autofill and biometrics? Sadly not. Don’t bother updating this app until this function is fixed as it has the same functionality and user interface as the website. The worst ones relate to logging in. It doesn’t remember user names and biometrics can’t be enabled.
