Always delayed and super slow. I cancelled a transaction, but it still sent the money to the receiver. Very disappointing and unreliable! ### 1/5 — Slowest, Outdated, Inconvenient *2025-10-06, version 1.0.44* Interface may not be appealing or outdated but that’s not the worst. What’s worse, is the speed and the utter inability to process anything. Login with Face ID? Errors. Login with laptop and needs a secure login from the app? Errors. Trying to approve payments from the app while needing to click a pop up into the app again for approval? ERROR. And now it’s my problem and I need to the contact centre that takes up more of my time? Fix your problems first. Blocking users from taking a screenshot of their own payment proof is one of the most backward and inconvenient features i’ve ever seen in a banking app. It feels like the system was design without any real understanding of how customers actually use it. Every transaction turns into a struggle , having to grab another phone just to take a photo of a screen, and even then the app can’t reliably generate PDF receipts. This isn’t security, this is poor design and zero consideration for user needs. For a modern banking app, this level of inconvenience is embarrassing.
