## What is Affirmation Reminders?

Change how you talk to yourself, one small reminder at a time.

Affirmation Reminders gives you short, kind affirmations to read through the day. Practice with a feed shaped around what you want to work on, like love and relationships, self love, confidence, abundance or sleep. Like the ones that land and your feed learns what you love.

Reminders through the day
Pick how many reminders you want and when. A new affirmation arrives as a notification, so the words reach you even when you forget to open the app.

Save your favorites
Tap the heart to keep an affirmation in your Favorites and come back to it any time.

Keep a daily streak
Your profile shows your streak and the days you practiced this week, with 3 streak freezes for the days life gets busy.

Share with a friend
Send any affirmation as a card, with a link to the app.

Premium
Unlock every category, every theme including photo themes like Sunset, Ocean and Clouds, and Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets that show a new affirmation every hour.

Subscription
Affirmation Reminders Premium is $39.99 per year with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. It renews every year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings under your Apple ID.
