The list of affirmations is limited and the user cannot modify them or add their own. For instance, one is “be more supportive of my wife”. I don’t have a wife, I have a boyfriend. Another is “spend more time with my daughters”. What if you have a daughter and a son, or a son and no daughters?  I am a perfectionist. There is not any like “it doesn’t have to be perfect” or “perfect is the enemy of good enough”.  The ability to add one’s own affirmations would be great.
