Very good app, just a shame it doesn’t sync across different devices like my goal setting app does.

This app is under-appreciated. I have been in recovery from alcoholism for 6 months and an important part of recovery is having a solid mindful routine. I start off every morning with this app and then keep listening to the background music as I read additional spiritual material. Good stuff. Referring to all my peers in recovery.
