App doesn’t work

The application is unstable crashes all the time can’t access because it crashes have new iPhone with latest update don’t matter

You have to  go to email to retrieve the verification code. It times out and takes me back to the menu. I can’t even get back to the  profile to remove the 2-step verification preference. I wish I had opted out of that feature. I just want to view my benefits. I’ve been a member since 2009.
