Onto the things I don’t think are very great, with the first one being focused on how the game tries to monetise itself, which while being fair, makes it quite apparent that if you want to continue on having fun you either cough up the dough or bugger off until you’ve “afk’ed” enough resources to get past the initial difficulty curve. And while I know that this is the whole premise of “afk” games, I feel like it is fairly contradictory to force players into not playing your game, my solution to this would be to allow the player to revisit previous stages at an increased difficulty and reward them with sightly less resources for “re-beating” the level, this would allow players like myself to still enjoy and continue to explore and learn the game before deciding on if it is worth spending money to speed up the rate of progression. The lower tier Vulcanus vastly outperforms the “mythic” Infernus even when things worked. The in game support brings you to a support site that doesn’t even acknowledge that this game exists, and points you to look at FAQ for a list of games that does not include AFK Magic TD. There is a hint of a good game under all this, which is why I persist (I am also in the top five players for campaign advancement), but I consumed my formerly #1 damage dealing hero (Vulc) to promote Infernus into pure uselessness: no auto attacks, thus literal zero damage. Bravo, now I fail gauntlet on stage two of twenty, when I was finishing it daily for the previous months. We cannot even communicate in-game outside of guilds: chat is locked til you pass zone 14. But nobody in the game can pass even the first few stages of 9, over half a year later. But hey, they kept their artist busy: for some reason the artwork for every single hero was completely changed. ### 2/5 — Plz fix the gane *2024-07-25, version 0.3.0* Hello the game is broken. The barrier break in one hit in every mode. So i cant do anything. They don't bombard you with ad options during gameplay, and after finishing a level. Other games of this kind practically force you to watch ads to the point where the sight of an ad will induce nausea.
