As it turned out, I had been automatically logged out of my account and hadn’t noticed. So I would get fuel and go in to pay, scan the barcode and proceed back to my car, have a look at the receipt and see no discount has been applied. Now I understand that if I am not logged into my account then I don’t get the discount. What I don’t understand is, if I am not logged in to my account, why does the app provide a discount barcode? Or at least warm me that I am not logged into my account!
