I ordered a gift for a very time sensitive matter to be delivered the next day. The next day, I hadn't received a confirmation email but I knew they were knew in Nashville so I gave it a few days (even though the gifting moment had been missed). Over a month later, I still have not receiving shipping/delivery confirmation, my order details page still says "confirmed" but not delivered, I've tried to email their customer service address multiples times to no avail and even messaged their Instagram page but it hasn't even been viewed. I'm embarrassed of missing the moment to my colleague that I told I ordered a gift to be sent to her immediately yet it never showed AND I'm out 50 bucks.
