## What is AFLX Portal?

AFLX Portal is a secure inventory, sales, warehouse, and project management workspace for Afalcon Luxe operations.

The app helps authorized team members manage daily business workflows from one place:

- View inventory, product prices, stock levels, and product categories
- Create quotations and sales invoices with multi-currency support
- Track approval status from quotation draft to completed order
- Manage customer records, notes, and purchase history
- Submit and review warehouse stock adjustment requests
- Export invoices, reports, and spreadsheet files
- Review sales dashboards, product trends, and customer activity
- Manage project records, linked invoices, partners, and project files
- Record work journals, communications, attachments, and team updates

AFLX Portal is designed for internal business use. Access requires an authorized Afalcon Luxe account, and available features depend on the user's assigned role, such as Admin, Sales, Warehouse, or Accountant.

### 1.7 — 2026-09-10

Work Journals now follow the app language for business activities, current tasks, and sales or expense details. Each entry keeps separate Chinese and English versions, with automatic background translation. Journal exports and AI summaries now use the selected language.

### 1.6 — 2026-09-08

AFLX Portal is now a fully native SwiftUI app delivered as an in-place update on the existing app. For returning users, saved sign-in fields are prefilled so you can confirm and continue.

Long-press invoices to preview the full document, open invoice actions, or download a PDF. A larger preview and clearer action buttons make invoices easier to read. Long previews scroll through every line, total, and remark, and keep your position when the view updates. Invoice adjustment badges now show the correct discount or price increase with clearer colors.

Save, submit, review, and download actions provide clearer progress feedback. Finance attachment thumbnails load more efficiently. Finance transaction cards and details now distinguish the original invoice creator from the person who approved the income posting.

After-sales tickets now support English and Chinese content across contact details, addresses, project names, descriptions, customer updates, replies, and service logs. Ticket reading language follows your current app language, with a manual language switch when needed.

售后工单现已支持中英文内容，包括联系人、地址、项目名称、问题描述、客户补充、客服回复和服务记录。工单默认跟随当前应用语言，也可手动切换。

After-sales notifications now open the relevant ticket and refresh the list reliably when the app is already open. Retry handling keeps the requested ticket available after a temporary connection failure.

• Invoice forms: clearer payment and currency controls, contained collection-account labels, and simplified adjustment headings
• Invoices can now preselect a collection account; the account remains fully editable during Complete Order
• Account choices and balances follow each user role and balance-visibility permission
• Home Screen Quick Actions: long-press the app icon to create an invoice, finance transaction, or work journal
• My Sales invoice detail now includes admin actions
• Complete Order follows the web payment-account allocation flow
• Invoice adjustments stay pinned; client markup folding matches the web app
• WhatsApp: chat list refreshes after tag changes; PDF chats no longer jump; links and documents open in-app
• Work journal: House Acct1 is visible to management; HQ Acct remains management-only
• Finance new transaction: document face amount and reimbursement amount; account picker shows name and balance

• Invoice company option renamed Afalcon → Afalcon Luxe
• Finance new transaction: lift the page when tapping unit/vehicle/project so dropdowns are not covered by the keyboard
• New/edit invoice: issue company and invoice language sit on one row above the invoice date
• Invoice line quantity uses up/down steppers (stock integers 1…on-hand; typed decimals still allowed)
• Switching tabs no longer flashes the header capsule
• Approved invoices cannot be rejected; rollback copy matches status; prepaid stays linked

• After this update, your saved email and password are pre-filled on the login screen — tap Sign In to continue
• Signing out does not clear the login fields
