### 3/5 — Table Reading Issue

*2026-04-29, version 1.9.1*

There is no proper way to test the table reading from the app. You see the table then you see the other table with coordinates and answers but you can’t answer one at a time like a normal question would be. So for the user you’re unable to process a right or wrong question because the app won’t allow you to select 1. (As) 32 and 2. (As) 87 and so on…

### 4/5 — AFOQT

*2025-12-17, version 1.9.1*

Great for studying, has helped out a lot with me understanding the math, but has a few errors in it. Some questions do not have the right answers on them. Also when you get a question that is wrong, sometimes there is feedback, other times there is not. Wish there would be a reason on why I got the question wrong. Good app, but has some things to be fixed.

### 4/5 — Not fully mirroring all aspects of the AFOQT

*2025-07-31, version 1.9.1*

I have subscribed and have studying but I do have concerns. I am curious to know why the duration of your test and the number of your questions per test do not precisely and accurately reflect the number of questions and durations on the actual AFOQT?

Doing so would help tremendously since candidates would practice and gauge their levels based on the actual duration of each subset instead of a much longer duration of the subset. In addition, implementing a countdown of the time would assist with the sense of urgency where once the time is up, no answer can be recorded nor saved.

Those changes would create the actual testing environment for anyone interested in taking the AFOQT rather than just familiarizing themselves with the concepts because applying the concepts under a limited amount of time is not the same as having an infinite amount time. The discipline and time management would be nonexistent and they are as important as learning the materials.

### 2/5 — Not worth the $15 subscription

*2025-07-08, version 1.9.1*

Question that aren’t even tested on the AFOQT & no in depth explanations on why you got something wrong

### 2/5 — Just ok…

*2025-02-12, version 1.9.1*

I utilized the few free options rather than pay 15$ and noticed some errors in the math section as well as words for the word knowledge that honestly are too simple even for the ASVAB let alone the AFOQT. There seems to be an unbalanced weight of accuracy to some sections as opposed to others.

### 2/5 — Can’t open

*2025-01-11, version 1.9.1*

I downloaded the app and even though it says “login success” I can’t open the app.

### 2/5 — Riddled with Errors and Hidden Prices

*2024-02-20, version 1.5*

The app is absolutely riddled with errors in verbal analogies and word knowledge. Pretty pitiful.

Not to mention the ridiculous paywall! $15 to download plus the app is pretty much unusable if you don’t pay and extra $15/month subscription fee!

But the AFOQT books on Amazon.com instead. This is a waste of money.

### 1/5 — So much money???

*2023-08-24, version 1.5*

You pay $15 to download the app and then another to $15 to actually use the dang thing??? I would’ve just paid for a legit study website had I known. What a scam.

### 3/5 — Subscription after purchase

*2023-08-04, version 1.5*

Just wanted to let others know: After you purchase, there is a 15$ monthly subscription fee. The content is limited and must be bought. However, it does have tutors so it might be worth it. If you’re looking for a one time fee, this is not it.

For devs: please have an offline option. I’m sure people would like to study while traveling and that option is not available. Thank you

### 1/5 — Scam!

*2023-08-01, version 1.5*

You can’t sell an app and then not provide the app. That’s literally false advertisement. File a claim with your credit card with the reason “purchased something and was not delivered” and you will get your money back. This is not ok.

### 1/5 — Wrong Answers!

*2023-07-13, version 1.5*

I went to my Barrons’s study material and did a practice test. Some questions were verbatim the questions from the app and I got them wrong because this app has you study wrong answers. I suggest getting the actual recommended study material and leave this app alone. A waste of $30 to access incorrect information.

### 1/5 — Subscription Paywall

*2023-06-22, version 1.5*

Most of the practice tests are blocked behind a subscription paywall for $15/month. I wouldn’t mind paying money to unlock everything but the fact that it’s a subscription is ridiculous. They don’t own the questions or anything, it’s a convenient app to study. Not worth $15/month

### 2/5 — Wrong

*2023-04-29, version 1.4*

There are so many wrong answers in this app, it should not be trusted. I hate that I actually subscribed for a month.

### 1/5 — SCAM WARNING!!!!!!!!!

*2023-04-28, version 1.4*

You will not be able to access the app after purchasing. There is another $15 /m paywall after downloading.

### 1/5 — Be aware

*2023-04-21, version 1.4*

I paid $14.99 and didn’t realize it was just to get access to the app. Most of material is blocked and requires a monthly subscription. It looks like a good source to study, I just wish they would be upfront about the monthly subscription.

### 1/5 — Unpolished

*2023-03-09, version 1.4*

$15 is a steep price to have to also pay a subscription, especially when there are false flash cards. (Communique is not ignorance, its press release)

### 1/5 — The intention behind this app is bad

*2023-03-05, version 1.4*

You paid $14 just for an online test, which you can find on google. They charge you a subscription fee to unlock the most important parts of the AFOQT: block count, aviation knowlegde, instrument comprehension…

At least they should give a first lesson of every category for everyone to learn. I delete it and bought 2 books from amazon! Waste my time and my money!

Well! Lesson learned!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Errors in Study Materials

*2026-01-30, version 1.9.1*

There are grammatical, spelling, and other various errors in the practice tests. The tests not only have incorrect answers listed as correct but they also are, at times, hard to read due to the typos/misspellings/errors. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS.

### 1/5 — Junk app

*2025-12-21, version 1.9.1*

Tried making an account 4 times with different emails and each time I get an error message. Tried resetting password and still same response. Would rate this zero stars but unfortunately that’s not an option.

### 1/5 — Couldn’t register or login - the process makes me skeptical of this app and developer

*2025-05-27, version 1.9.1*

Tried registering via the app, didn’t work - it would return an error message “The operation couldn’t be completed. ObjectMapper failed to serialize response.” Then I try the website which the app directed me to, registered there and got an email showing my email id and password. Tried logging in the app, same error message. I tried logging in the website, got the error message “Error! Invalid email and password” after trying multiple times with the information that was emailed to me. I contact support, while the response was fast, 1. The English and typing was poor, 2. Another email said that they found no issues with my account 3. Gave me a different email login and password and the email name was close to how my real email, and that didn’t work too. I’m just going to bite the bullet and go to another reputable study source.

### 1/5 — Terrible App Design

*2025-05-13, version 1.9.1*

How am I even supposed to start studying if I can’t even login. It’s been like this for months and no fix, get it together.

### 1/5 — Bad App

*2025-02-16, version 1.9.1*

Can’t even login after creating an account.

### 1/5 — Pay wall

*2024-04-09, version 1.7*

I registered and tried to do a lesson and immediately got hit with a pay wall with no option to continue without paying. The app does not look and feel 14.99 a month. Very annoyed.

### 1/5 — Not reliable: Wrong Answers!

*2023-11-22, version 1.5*

Just bought this, started with the word knowledge, and not even in my first 5 minutes of studying did I notice wrong answers to common word definitions. Please find a more dependable study guide for a test that’s going to help determine your very important future and save your hard earned money.

### 1/5 — Hidden subscription

*2023-10-18, version 1.5*

A ton of the lessons are locked behind a subscription paywall for $14.99 a month extra. Certain categories (see: Math Knowledge, Verbal Analogy, Physical Science, Table Reading, Instrument Comprehension, Block Counting, Aviation Information) have ALL their lessons locked behind this paywall. What did I even pay $15 for???

### 1/5 — Don’t get this app

*2023-10-07, version 1.5*

TERRIBLE ALL WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

### 1/5 — WORSE SCAM THAN FREE PRACTICE ONLINE TEST

*2023-09-18, version 1.5*

Be aware that you will pay $14.99 to download the app for study modules like Arithmetic and Reading that available free online. And they want to charge additional $14.99 subscription to unlock the other modules. Save yourself a headache and don’t download this app!

### 5/5 — My Life Saver!!

*2026-08-27, version 1.9.1*

It was my last chance to become an Air Force Officer and I bought 3 different books to prepare. Then I discovered this app which covers everything I need. The best part is AFOQT Prediction Test which was very similar to actual AFOQT test. I passed with competitive scores. I liked it. You can give a try .

*2022-04-23, version 1.2*

I used the app and here is my score Pilot: 52 CSO: 73 ABM: 49 Acad Aptitude: 62 Verbal: 84 Quantitive: 61

### 5/5 — Good,but can be great.

*2022-03-10, version 1.2*

Many of the question were just like the exam. I’d like to suggest, adding the ability to draw in the empty space under the questions. This way we can work out the problems in one app.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-01-03, version 1.1*

Great app, helps you study in an efficient way. The fact that it has levels is a good way to show you how you improve. Plus they have good explanations for the question. Also have practice test and prediction test to check how well you prepare yourself for the test.

I used their app and totally recommend this app to everyone who wants to improve their life in an easy way .

### 5/5 — Highly Recommended app

*2021-11-07, version 1.1*

I downloaded few Apps for my test preparation. I found AFOQT Tutoring app is the best one. Lot of questions from this app were on the actual test. I am glad that I downloaded AFOQT Tutoring app. I recommend this to everyone who is looking to join in the Air Force as an officer.
