Tried the “I don’t know my password,” link and when I type in my .mil email it won’t send me anything since it’s not on file. Great idea, but poorly executed it seems. Standard ops. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Inoperable *2025-05-19* The app doesn’t work. It will let you log in with your DODID and password and then take you to the disclaimer page. That is it. You can hit submit as many times as you want and wait as long as you want, but you won’t go any further. You are much better off using Safari and bookmarking the page than using this app. It should be removed from the App Store. ### 1/5 — Inop! *2025-05-08, version 1.0.1* Cannot get past User Agreement Screen.. Not sure how they would expect anyone to think of that…🤷‍♂️ ### 5/5 — Log into the website first then use the app *2022-06-15* I log into the website often to demonstrate to people how to access AFPAAS. I logged in the first time on the app and now have Face ID capability which is much better than the website interface. Ran through all the steps and actually saw the section where you can request help if needed. I never saw that online.
