For a while now I haven’t been able to use the app. Every time I open it, takes me to a blank page with a long URL displayed and an error. Tried reinstalling and it worked just once and then went down again.

How can they not care about having such a terrible app that keeps crashing, does not often open and is so user unfriendly full of glitches 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ They make enough money to spend a little and atleast make shopping experience better and simpler for customer. Shows the organization mindset.

Tried over weeks several times - there’s always a bug. It happens at various stages and is particularly annoying when you are trying that last step of getting your selected items delivered and it stops working. Really strange that they don’t fix it, especially since they must see the poor reviews here

After logging in, both the mobile app and the website only show a black screen with a 500 error. Nothing else works, so it’s completely unusable. Very frustrating.

App is not working. Surprisingly so as the web version of the website (started to bug at the checkout 3 months ago- that’s when and why I became a customer of MMI, their site works well). I’d advise firing actual development team because they obviously have no idea what to do. And hire a team of experienced Russian developers - I literally don’t remember a time when an app in Russia was launched that raw or wasn’t working more that a couple of hours due to some technical issues.

As a convenient way of ordering and having delivered, alcohol products, this app is quite good.    I find it better than the website and can use Apple / Google pay.  

Delivery is fast, no cost, and very reliable.   

There are still some rough edges in the app, and the selection seems more limited than in store, but definitely a great option most the time.
