I was using this app a lot. But had to stop because of a glitch where ads play with the sound automatically turned on. I don't mind ads, but if I have to scroll through articles and turn the sound off for every single ad... it's not worth the effort

Interface très agréable, et très instructive, mais gros bug : je l’utilise sur iPad et dès le lendemain de l’installation l’appli bug. Absolument plus rien ne fonctionne , les fonctions sont inactives, les images et titres ne sont plus visibles.

I would like to give this app a 3 1/2 stars rating. It’s quite good for African News bulletins and other news from the continent.
The only thing that I would like to have fixed is the propensity of the app to flash open a bulletin once you tap it, only to shut the app down entirely. Once or twice that would be a shrug off problem but it seems to happen a lot, especially when the bulletin is extremely worthwhile of reading.
Post the story before you flash the bulletin so that people can see the story and not be frustrated.
Otherwise I would recommend it as a must have app.

Très bonne application, un très bon boulot effectué par le développeur. Cependant je ne trouve aucune actualité de mon pays (Tchad), j’en déduis donc qu’il manque beaucoup d’autres informations. Je donne donc 3 étoiles pour manque d’informations.

I really like Africanews. It’s refreshing reading the news about Africa from an African network. There is no other news app in the AppStore which is pooling Information about Africa that well. But there are two things which I don’t like about it. The first thing is really minor and maybe it’s just me but the videos are a bit strange in the way it’s reported. The second thing is sometimes it is talking about politicians which were recently put in charge like in DRC but without mentioning the political views and balance of his previous work of the politician. Some of these guys are having a really bad record and it’s not mentioned although it’s essential in my understanding.

L’application mérite une mise à jour. Elle marche aujourd’hui et demain rien. Elle se bloque. Vous le désinstallez. Et une fois réinstallée elle marche et se bloque de nouveau. Dommage !!

This app crashes at least once a week, requiring it to be deleted then re downloaded. It is a great app (when it woorks) for getting news about the Africa continent.  That being said the only issues seemngly presented atr: covid and elections surely there is more going on in Africa!
