A serious fintech company shouldn’t keep potential client waiting too long for ID verification where there are so many options. You guys should improve.

I do not suggest using this platform. You will have no issues assign your money but once you want to take it out - Beware! You cannot. 

You will receive error messages and customer service will tell you that it is under maintenance. We have been trying to withdraw for months.

I recharged $150 in early May, but the money has been stuck in my Afriex account and I cannot do anything with it. I can’t cancel the transaction, I can’t send the money, and I can’t withdraw it. I contacted WhatsApp customer support on May 18 to request a refund, but it has been almost a month and the issue is still not resolved. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Holding a customer’s money with no usable function and no timely refund is a very serious problem. I do not recommend this app until they fix their refund and customer support process.

Customer support and issue resolution is quite poor and ineffective  for a company of this size.  It takes forever to resolve issues and it seems the left hand doesn’t always communicate with the right hand leaving the customer in distress for an extended period of time.

Been us by Afriex for a while now, at first it was nice with affordable rates, but making a transaction with them is hell, there’s always an error message popping up then they will ask for some documentations which you have probably submitted a thousand times already, or they tell you there’s a problem with the 3rd parties server, every freaking time
I have never had a smooth transaction with them just use LemFi for your peace of mind the extra cash isn’t worth the stress they will put you through
