I have waited and waited for the validation to go through. A serious fintech company shouldn’t keep potential client waiting too long for ID verification where there are so many options. I can’t cancel the transaction, I can’t send the money, and I can’t withdraw it. I contacted WhatsApp customer support on May 18 to request a refund, but it has been almost a month and the issue is still not resolved. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Holding a customer’s money with no usable function and no timely refund is a very serious problem.
