They blocked my ability to send money. I’ve been using their services to send money for a while now, and suddenly, I lost access. The process to regain access was incredibly cumbersome.

After the new update, the app remove the decimal point when sending funds. It forces people to send more than they want to send.  The contact information doesn’t work. After attempting to send multiple emails, I received an error message stating that message not sent.

Whenever I send my money it will take time for the transaction to complete it always on review unless I have to contact them and report a complaint it so frustrating you want to send money to your love ones back home for emergency use and it will take time for they to process the transaction and I have been using this app for long now for them to be always doing this
